Fen Fang Spring Bud School
FFC Spring Bud Primary School is located in Gui Yuan Village near Chengdu in Sichuan Province. Currently, there are 161 students and 11 school staff members. The project was initiated after the devastating earthquake in 2008. With the help of corporate and individual donors the school was completed on September 29th 2009.
In December 2011, Fen Fang revisited the school and donated two laptops, as well as, a box of Angry Birds toys.
Nan Le Primary School in Beihai
On behalf of the Finnish society in China and Fen Fang Charity Mr. Eero Suominen, Consulate General of Guangzhou, handed over two laptops from the Finnish Pavilion of Shanghai Expo to the Nan Le Primary School in June 2011. The Fen Fang donation was in association with the Launch ceremony of Stora Enso`s "Beihai Children Caring Project" under Beihai "Love 1+1" Program by China Children and Teenager Foundation.
Children in Liangshan, Sichuan Province
In association with Stora Enso, we donated 50 pieces of clothing and four pairs of shoes to the poor areas of Liangshan in Sichuan Province.
Volunteer Teacher in Guanghan, Sichuan Province
Together with Rotary and Huaqiao Foundation, we found Ms. Xu Xin, Percy Chu Scholarship recipient, who will be teaching in Guanghan from May to June 2012. She studied previously at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
